SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs will be applied to your total cost AFTER your
order has been processed. Please note that NO charges will
be made to your account until your shipping totals have been
calculated. You will receive a confirmation email notifying
you of your final costs and delivery status. The delivery
status of your order can be viewed online at www.ups.com.
Our primary shipper is United Parcel Service (UPS), and the
following premium services are available:

Second Day
Air
Three Day

NOTE: ALL Air orders MUST be received by 2 PM (EST) in order
to guarentee delivery. All other orders are shipped within
24 hours of receiving.
UNCLAIMED PARCEL
Any customer not claiming a parcel will be responsible for
shipping plus a $15.00 restocking fee per box. All fees must
be paid before any additional service is rendered.
RETURNS
You must request a Return Authorization Form and Label. Any
package not bearing the yellow Authorized Return Label will
not be processed. An authorized return will be issued for
the following reasons:
INCORRECT ORDER: Customer must notify Savage Promotions,
Inc. of discrepancy within 15 days of the invoice date.
DAMAGED PRODUCT: Manufacturing defects only will be
approved. Damaged product must be returned within 60 days
of the invoice date. Savage Promotions, Inc. will not credit
merchandise which displays signs of wear and tear.
